Terms of Purchase

General

Private individuals: The Distance Selling Act and the Consumer Purchase Act apply. By registering and placing an order, you also consent to the storage of your information in accordance with GDPR.

Companies: The Sale of Goods Act applies, meaning that agreements between companies take precedence over the law.

Warranties: Standard warranties are provided on products where applicable. Any warranties are valid in Sweden and only for first-hand buyers.

Orders and Prices

Orders can be placed via our webshop or by email at info@jaktochsportskytte.se.
If you are under 18, a guardian’s consent must be sent to us via email.

All fraudulent orders are tracked and reported to the police, and compensation will be claimed in the event of financial damage.

All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices in the webshop apply only to products in stock at the time of order.

We reserve the right for printing errors, technical problems, and price or product changes. We also reserve the right for errors in stock levels, sold-out products, and that images may differ from the actual product.

We reserve the right to change product information and prices without prior notice.
We reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders.
Ownership of the item remains with Jakt & Sportskyttekompaniet AB until fully paid.
We also reserve the right to repossess the product in the event of cancellation. We reserve the right to sell or not sell to anyone at our discretion.

Prices for backordered or custom-ordered items may change before delivery due to currency fluctuations or supplier price increases. By placing an order, you accept this.

We reserve the right to disclaim any compensation for delivery delays.
Special orders or booking fees are not covered by the Distance Selling Act and are non-refundable.

For airgun purchases, the buyer must be at least 18 years old. After placing the order, a copy of your ID must be sent to info@jaktochsportskytte.se.

Commission Sales Terms

For the sale of used firearms or products, a commission fee of 25% or a minimum of 1250 SEK applies.

Any necessary repairs before or after sale are our responsibility to the new owner.
We charge the previous owner for any costs associated with cleaning or repairs that may be necessary before or after the sale.

Payment Methods

We use Resurs Bank, Payson (Svea), or Swish as payment services.

Shipping Costs

• Most domestic deliveries are handled via DHL.

• PostNord Värde is used for firearms and other license-required items.

If your package is delivered to a pickup point, you will receive a notification by mail or SMS. The package remains at the pickup point for 7 days, after which it is returned to us.

Note: Return shipping costs due to undelivered or uncollected packages, or other delivery obstacles, are charged to the customer, along with a 300 SEK administration fee. Non-payment of these fees will result in collection procedures.

Shipping of ammunition, primers, and/or gunpowder is currently not available.

Delivery Time

Normal delivery time is 2–3 days if the item is in stock. During holidays, delivery may take longer.

We reserve the right to remove items that cannot be delivered. If you wish to order another item, it is considered a new order. We disclaim any liability for delays caused by suppliers or transporters.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before a delivery confirmation or shipping document is issued. After this, you are obligated to receive the delivery. Cancellation is not valid until confirmed by us.

Cancellations of non-stocked or custom-made items are not possible once ordered or production has started.

Changes to Orders

Changes are possible until a shipping document is created, provided the item is in stock. Price differences will be adjusted according to the price at the time of change.

Exchanges, Returns, Warranties, and Complaints

The right to claim a complaint follows the original buyer, not the product.

To request an exchange, return, or refund, contact us at info@jaktochsportskytte.se or +46 563 32 45 45 within 14 days of receiving the item. Special orders cannot be returned.

Items must be unused and in original packaging for full-price returns or exchanges. Sealed products must not be opened to use the right of withdrawal.

Once the item is received, we deduct the return shipping cost. Remaining payment and original shipping are refunded within 30 days after inspection.

If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to examine its properties or functionality, we reserve the right to deduct a value corresponding to the reduction in the product’s value.

The right of withdrawal starts the day you receive the delivery.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must file a complaint within 2 months by contacting us via email. You are responsible for return shipping and should send the package traceably.

Warranty Claims

Warranty items or items suspected of a warranty issue must be sent well-packaged or left directly at the store.

When shipping firearms, comply with all applicable laws.

If there is no defect, the customer must pay shipping, labor, and consumables (e.g., ammunition) for Jakt & Sportskyttekompaniet AB.

If a warranty defect is confirmed, shipping costs are reimbursed. This does not apply to wear parts.

Booking Firearms, License-Required Items, and Special Orders

• Attempts to purchase and prepay a license-required item without a valid license or without the possibility of applying for a license are non-refundable.

• A deposit of at least 20% of the item value (firearms min. 1000 SEK) is required to book an item. Booking is valid only once the deposit is received.

• Deposit is non-refundable. Failure to pay may result in loss of the item.

• Remaining balance must be paid within 10 days after notification. Otherwise, the item may be sold to the next customer.

Deposits remain valid even after a license is granted, but failure to collect the item may result in cancellation.

Price adjustments for booked items follow supplier price changes. You can avoid this by paying the full price at booking.

Ownership of the item remains with Jakt & Sportskyttekompaniet AB until fully paid.

Disputes

For private individuals, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
Disputes between companies are settled in general courts.

We value your privacy, process personal data according to GDPR, and do not share it without consent. You can always unsubscribe from our customer register.

Workshop Terms

• We are not responsible for scratches, dents, or other damage to products during service or modification.

• We are not responsible for personal injury during installations (e.g., triggers, OBD modifications).

• Repairs and maintenance of firearm parts (barrel cutting, threading, etc.) are done at your own risk.

• Uncollected items may transfer ownership to us under this agreement. A new agreement is needed for extended storage.

Minimum charge: 700 SEK per started hour.
