GGG .223 62gr FMJ
Both 55gr and 62 gr FMJ are all-round bullets that work in most .223 barrels. The 55gr will have a higher exit velocity while the 62gr may have better accuracy in barrels with faster rifling.

The cases are annealed around the neck and can be reloaded several times. However, the reloader needs to remove the crimp around the primer position, which is easily done with, for example, tools from Hornady. The crimp is there to meet military requirements that the primer is properly fixed.
