Generation 2 Infitech Flowthrough Telescopic Suppressor (IFTS) IFTS Flow Gen 2 is a further development of our popular IFTS silencer for semi-automatic rifles with caliber .30 and 223. New in the IFTS Gen 2 is significantly better sound attenuation, maintained gas flow (Flowthrough), lower weight and acceptance of more shots in quick succession. This makes the IFTS Gen 2 an even better helper in the woods and on the range! The IFTS Flow Gen 2 is a telescopic silencer designed for use on primarily semi-automatic rifles. The suppressor utilizes a special "flow-through" technology to create a low pressure area that actively moves the gases to the rear end of the suppressor and then to an outer swirl chamber where they are gradually directed forward and cooled before being released around the muzzle again. This virtually eliminates all the problems normally associated with traditional suppressors on semi-automatic rifles. The design of the IFTS Flow Gen 2 also allowed us to manufacture the suppressor from 7075-T6 aircraft aluminum and still handle rifle calibers like 308W without the normal wear issues associated with aluminum suppressors, resulting in a very light weight. The swirl chamber is also designed in such a way that the expanding gases help the suppressor to automatically tighten itself, reducing problems with suppressors coming loose during use, which can otherwise be common.     IFTS Flow Gen 2 is a telescopic silencer designed for use on primarily semi-automatic rifles.
