The MAUSER M15 DMR .22 LR is a sports-oriented semi-automatic rifle based on the proven M15 platform. The DMR version—Designated Marksman Rifle—is designed for shooters who prioritize accuracy, ergonomics, and extensive customization options to adapt the rifle to their individual shooting stance.
With a 453 mm barrel, adjustable two-stage trigger, adjustable stock, and 22 mm Picatinny rail, the M15 DMR offers a modern platform for precision sports and training shooting at short to medium ranges.
The M15 DMR is equipped with a longer barrel than the standard M15 model. The barrel measures 17.83 inches / 453 mm and is designed to deliver high accuracy and smooth recoil.
Combined with the low recoil of the .22 LR, this creates an easy-to-shoot platform well-suited for longer training sessions and disciplines where consistent accuracy is key.
To further enhance its precision characteristics, the MAUSER M15 DMR is equipped with an adjustable two-stage trigger. The trigger pull weight is 2,500 grams.
The two-stage design provides the shooter with a distinct initial movement before the final firing, allowing for better control over the moment of firing during precision shooting.
The M15 DMR features an AR15 stock with an adjustable cheek rest, allowing the rifle to be customized to the shooter’s body size, shooting stance, and choice of optics. The overall length can be adjusted between 942 and 1,025 mm.
The combination of adjustment options and modern ergonomics makes it easier to establish a stable and repeatable shooting position, which is particularly important in precision shooting.

The receiver is made of aluminum, while the stock and grip are made of polymer. This design results in a total weight of approximately 2.84 kg, making the M15 DMR stable without being unnecessarily heavy.
The MAUSER M15 series combines modern rifle ergonomics with the economical and easy-to-shoot .22 LR caliber. The minimal recoil makes this model well-suited for both extensive training and precision sport shooting.
The DMR version takes the concept a step further with its longer barrel, adjustable trigger, and customizable stock.
