Terms of Purchase
General
Private customers
For private customers, the Distance Sales Act and the Consumer Sales Act apply. When you register and place your order, you also agree that we store your data securely in accordance with GDPR.
Companies
For companies, the Commercial Sales Act applies, which means that agreements between companies take precedence over the law.
Warranties
Standard warranties apply to products where warranties are applicable, and any warranties are valid in Sweden and only for the original purchaser.
Orders and Prices
Orders can be placed via our online shop or by email at info@jaktochsportskytte.se.
If you are under 18 years old, a guardian’s consent must be sent to us by email at info@jaktochsportskytte.se.
All fraudulent orders are tracked and reported to the police. In the event of financial loss, compensation will be claimed.
All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Prices in our online shop apply only to products in stock at the time of ordering.
We reserve the right for printing errors, technical issues, and price or product changes in our online shop. We also reserve the right for possible stock balance errors, sold-out items, and that images may differ from the actual product.
We reserve the right to change product information and prices without prior notice.
We reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders.
Jakt och Sportskyttekompaniet i Värmland AB retains ownership of the item until it has been fully paid for.
Jakt och Sportskyttekompaniet i Värmland AB has the right to reclaim the product in connection with cancellation. We also reserve the right to sell or not sell to whomever we choose.
Prices for backordered or special-order items may change before delivery due to currency fluctuations or unforeseen price increases from suppliers. This applies even to custom orders. By purchasing, you accept this condition.
We reserve the right to disclaim all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.
Special orders / booking fees are not covered by the distance selling law and cannot be refunded or canceled.
For airgun purchases, the age limit is 18 years. After placing your order, send a copy of your ID to info@jaktochsportskytte.se.
Consignment Sales Terms
For the sale of used firearms or goods, we charge a commission fee of 25% or a minimum of 1250 SEK on the sale price.
Any repairs needed before or after the sale are our responsibility toward the new owner.
We will in turn charge the previous owner for necessary cleaning or repair costs before or after the sale.
Payment Services
We use Resurs Bank, Swedbank Pay or Swish as payment services.
Shipping Prices
We use DHL for most domestic deliveries.
We use PostNord Värde for delivery of firearms and/or license-required parts.
Storage Time at DHL Service Point
If your package is delivered to a pickup point, you will receive a notification by SMS/email. The package will remain for 7 days before being returned to us.
IMPORTANT!
If a package is returned to us because it was not received, not collected, or due to other delivery issues, you as the customer will be charged the return shipping cost, plus the penalty fee charged by the carrier.
Additionally, we charge an administration fee of 300 SEK.
Failure to pay will result in the claim being forwarded to debt collection (Inkasso).
We are not responsible if incorrect customer information was provided.
Shipping of ammunition, primers and/or gunpowder is unfortunately not possible at this time.
Delivery Time
Normal delivery time is 2–3 days if the product is in stock. During holiday periods, delivery times may be longer.
We reserve the right to cancel items that cannot be delivered. If you wish to order another item, this is considered a new order.
There may be occasions when it is impossible to complete an order, for example, if our supplier or carrier cannot fulfill their obligations.
We reserve the right to disclaim all compensation for delivery delays.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation due to delivery delay or other reasons is possible until you receive a delivery confirmation or once a shipping label has been created. After that point, you are obligated to accept the delivery.
A cancellation is not valid until you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancellation of non-stocked or manufactured goods is not possible after the item has been ordered or production has begun.
Order Changes
Changes are possible until a shipping label is created. If approved and the product is in stock, any price differences will be adjusted according to the price applicable at the time of the change.
Exchanges, Returns, Warranties, and Complaints
For consumer sales, Jakt och Sportskyttekompaniet i Värmland AB adheres to mandatory regulations under applicable law.

The right of complaint follows the original purchaser, not the product.
For exchanges, returns, or refunds, contact us at info@jaktochsportskytte.se or 0563 - 32 45 45 within 14 days of receiving the item.
Special-order items cannot be returned.
The item must be unused for an exchange or full-price return.
If a product is sealed, the seal must not be broken if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Once we receive the item, you will be charged return shipping. The remaining amount and original shipping cost will be refunded within 30 days, provided the item is in unchanged condition.
If the item has been handled more than necessary to determine its function or characteristics, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the item’s decreased value.
Products must be returned well-packaged, in good condition, and in the original box.
The right of withdrawal begins the day you receive your delivery.
Complaints
If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, you must notify us within 2 months by emailing info@jaktochsportskytte.se.
You will receive instructions on how to return the item.
For faster handling, describe the issue in detail.
Note: You are responsible for shipping the item to us. We recommend using trackable shipping.
If we cannot send a replacement within a reasonable time, we will refund the return shipping and the price of the defective item, but not the original shipping cost.
Warranty Cases
For warranty cases requiring our inspection, the item must be sent well-packaged or delivered directly in-store.
When shipping firearms, ensure compliance with applicable laws.
If no warranty defect is found, the customer must pay for shipping, labor, and consumables (such as ammunition).
No exceptions are made.
If a warranty defect is confirmed, we cover all associated costs.
Does not apply to wear-and-tear parts.
Booking of Firearms / License-Required Parts / Special Orders
Attempts to purchase and prepay for license-required firearms, parts, ammunition, or suppressors without a valid license, or without the ability to obtain one within reasonable time, do not entitle you to a refund.
A deposit of at least 20% (minimum 1000 SEK for firearms) is required when booking items. The booking is valid only when we have received the deposit.
Note: Booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. By paying the fee, you accept this condition.
If the deposit is not paid on time, the item may be sold to another customer.
Deposits are credited when the firearm or product is collected.
Once the product arrives and we notify the buyer, the deposit is valid for 10 days.
Failure to collect or contact us may result in cancellation. The deposit is then forfeited.
After 10 days, booked items may be sold to another customer.
This applies even if the license has already been approved. We will then request cancellation of your license with the Police Authority.
The remaining amount is invoiced upon delivery and must be paid within 10 days of notification.
Failure to pay allows us to sell the firearm elsewhere, and your deposit is forfeited.
If the product is in stock at the time of booking, the deposit is valid for 10 days.
If license approval is delayed or issues arise, contact us.
We may sell the item if not fully paid. Once your license is approved, you may collect the item.
Long storage times may incur a storage fee.
If the Police must grant permission before purchase, the deposit is valid until the decision is issued—provided that the application was submitted immediately after ordering.
Booking prices may be adjusted according to supplier changes.
To guarantee the current price, you may fully pay at the time of booking.
If you cancel a product we ordered specifically for you, we charge all actual costs, including customs and shipping.
Ownership remains with Jakt och Sportskyttekompaniet i Värmland AB until full payment is made.
Deposits are not refunded for other delays.
Disputes
For private customers, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
Disputes between companies are settled in general court.
Jakt & Sportskyttekompaniet i Värmland AB protects your privacy, and all processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with GDPR.
Your data is used only to ensure delivery and communication.
We do not share customer data with third parties without consent.
You may request removal from our customer registry at any time.

By placing an order, you accept these terms.
Workshop Service Terms
We do not take responsibility if your products become scratched, dented, or otherwise damaged. We do not compensate for damages occurring during or after work.
You are fully responsible for any injuries that may occur due to OBD or similar during trigger installations.
Modifying your firearm is entirely at your own risk.
Jakt och Sportskyttekompaniet i Värmland AB assumes no responsibility for aftermarket or original parts.
For repairs/maintenance of firearm parts, such as barrel cutting or threading, we do not accept liability for any damages. All work is performed at your own risk.
Firearms or items left for service and not collected on time may result in ownership being transferred to Jakt och Sportskyttekompaniet i Värmland AB per this agreement. Extensions require a new contract.
Minimum charge: 700 SEK per started hour.
